Setup Groups

What happened to the "Setup Groups" option in SharePoint 2010 to create the 3 defaults groups for a site that is not inheriting permissions?

You can get to this page at the following URL:

_layouts/permsetup.aspx

This will create the 3 default groups Visitors, Members, Owners for the site with the default permission levels of read, contribute and full control respectively.

    Been looking everywhere for this. Commenting to hopefully help find an answer. Will report back if I find anything.

    Thanks for finding this.

    SharePoint 2007 provided "Set Up Groups" link under the Settings when you are viewing any SharePoint group, but SP2010 seemed to have removed it. Do you know if SP2010 provides this link somewhere?
